Exchanges and returns

The procedure for exchange or return will be as follows, without which it cannot be accepted:

• No refunds will be made . The period will be 15 days from receipt of the order and an exchange will be made for another size or item or a purchase voucher with a duration of one year, extendable. The products must not have been used. The original packaging is part of the product you are returning, and therefore, must not have been manipulated.

• Shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Please note that we will reject any package that does not follow this procedure.

• You must return the product to Atelier Badajoz, Avda Enrique Segura Otaño 1-C, 06004 Badajoz, sending it by courier service or through the Post Office .

• Products must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including their original packaging. No exchange will be made if the item has been used beyond just opening it or if it has suffered any damage.

• Returns will not be accepted on swimwear, accessories, bodysuits for hygiene reasons and any item that has been personalized.
